Congratulations on being nominated for Business of the Year or Non Profit of the Year!

We are honored to interview and film each of you for a short business highlights video as a special gift for being nominated. The winner’s videos will be showcased at the annual Banquet.

Here is what to expect about the production of your video.

Please select three people who will be interviewed and filmed at your business. We suggest choosing one person who represents each category:

  1. Founder or Key Employee

  2. Customer or Client

  3. Community Member or Valued Employee

Filming will take place on the week of Feb 3-7, 2020 and will last approximately two to three hours at your business location.

In addition, please have extra people ready to be filmed who can be a part of scenes to help tell your story. For example, if customer service is an aspect of your business that is important to highlight, have characters ready to play customers on your production day.

Once you have coordinated with the people who will be involved, please click the link below to select your specific production time.

Interviews

After setting up our equipment, we will spend the first hour or so interviewing the three people you selected. We will ask questions that will be generated from the nominations the Chamber received. In addition, if there are any specific questions that would help tell the story of your business, we’d love to hear them. Please share with us in advance by emailing alicia@voortexproductions.com.

B-Roll

During the second half of your production we will film supporting footage of those interviewed, and other relevant people, scenes, locations and things that will help bring the interviews to life. Please bring any items like old photos, mementos, or other helpful visuals you would like us to include.

Release Forms

Everyone we interview or film will be required to sign a Release Form, essentially acknowledging that we are filming you. We must have this form signed before we can give you your final video. Please click here to enter their emails, or send them to this page to click the link themselves.
