Congratulations on your nomination! We’re thrilled to create a business highlights video to celebrate your achievement. These videos will help determine the winners and will be featured at the annual Banquet on March 5th.

What to Expect

Interviews

Who: Select up to three individuals to represent your business (e.g., Founder or Key Employee, Customer or Client, Community Member or Valued Employee).

Where: Goodfellow Bros., 135 N Wenatchee Ave, Wenatchee, WA

When: January 16-17, 2025

What: Interviews will be based on your nomination. If there are specific questions that would help tell your story, email them to alicia@voortexproductions.com.

Each interview will happen back-to-back within a 90-minute block, one person at a time. Your participants can attend together to listen to the other interviews or arrive separately if needed.

B-ROLL Filming

• What: Supporting footage of your business, team, and operations to enhance the interviews.

• When: January 23-24, 2025

• Where: At your business location (we’ll schedule a time).

• Preparation:

• Have key visuals (e.g., props, photos, mementos, mock service) ready.

• Arrange for additional people to participate in scenes (e.g., staff or customers).

RELEASE FORMS

Everyone on camera must sign a release form:

• Interviewees: Complete the Interview Release Form.

• Other Participants: Complete the Model Release Form.

Share the provided links to these forms with your team.

WHAT TO WEAR

To look great on camera, avoid:

• All white or all black clothing

• Small, tight patterns (e.g., subtle plaids)

• Large, noticeable logos (except your organization’s logo)

Dress appropriately for the weather.

Note this year will look slightly different as all interviews will take place with a neutral backdrop at Voortex studio. Other than that the format will be the same.
